A- Attitude


One of the biggest steps of positivity is possessing the right attitude. There are a wide variety of attitudes at our disposal everyday. Good, Bad, Happy, Sad, Positive and Negative just to name a few. Our attitude can greatly affect the outcome of our day. I have found that if I start the day with a positive mindset and attitude it can go a long way towards making my day a better one. I am the first to admit that attitudes can change and positive thinking can only go so far but every effort to make your day a little brighter can go a long way. The brain is a powerful thing and using it to be happier really does work. It also can make a difference in the way others see you and in the way you treat others.

  1. so agree about the value of choosing an attitude- especially first thing..sure..there might be a requirement to keep choosing again during the day, but worth the effort
